Giant Coloring Posters for Classrooms

Q: What size works best on a classroom table?

30x42 inches — big enough for several kids to color the same poster at once, small enough to tape flat to a standard table. The Reading Tracker is 24x48 and hangs as a wall log.

Q: Does the Reading Tracker work for a whole class?

Yes — that is its job: 90 book spines on one 24x48 poster, colored in as each book is finished, so the class watches its reading year fill up.

The room settles when the table has something to do.

One poster on a classroom or library table gives lunch and study hall a phone-free anchor that doesn't need a teacher running it. Early finishers get somewhere to go, and the loud table gets something quiet to share. Kids color a section, leave, come back — the picture is still there, still theirs.

The Reading Tracker works the same way for a whole class: 90 books, one spine colored in at a time, until the bookshelf on the wall is the class's reading year. Every poster is printed one at a time in our Cherry Hill shop on heavy 35 lb Canon paper, so markers and colored pencils hold up to a room full of hands.

How a classroom uses them

Calm corner: one poster on the table, a cup of markers — the reset spot for kids who need a minute, and for early finishers.
Library / screen-free lunch: a poster on the library table during lunch and study hall, under New Jersey's no-phones school day — something to do with their hands.
Whole-class reading log: the Reading Tracker (24"×48", 90 books) on the wall, colored spine by spine as the class reads.
Group project: one large poster colored together over days or weeks, then up on the classroom wall.

Can a school order in bulk or by purchase order?

Yes — bulk pricing starts at 10 posters ($19.99 each, less as quantity grows), free shipping on bulk orders, and schools may pay by purchase order. Local schools can also pick up a free sample poster at the shop.

What about the phone-free school day?

With New Jersey's bell-to-bell phone-free law in effect for the 2026–27 school year, libraries and lunchrooms need activities that don't need a screen. A poster on the table is one: no setup, no charging, no supervision beyond the markers.
